Canine Code of Conduct

The Shops at Perry Crossing is a dog-friendly Shopping Center. Customers may bring their leashed, well-behaved dogs throughout the common areas.  Service animals are permitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Some stores allow leashed pets to shop in the store with you. Look for a “we are dog friendly” sticker on their entry door. Our restaurant patios are also dog friendly for guests dining on property.

RULES FOR OWNERS AND DOGS

  • All dogs must be leashed OR contained inside carriers at all times.
  • Leashes must be no longer than six feet including retractable leashes.
  • Dogs must be under their owner’s control at all times.
  • Owners, by law, are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and for cleaning up after their dogs.
  • Dogs must have current vaccinations and licenses.
  • At no time is an owner permitted to leave his or her dog unattended. This includes, but is not limited to, leaving dogs in cars and tethering dogs to Center amenities such as benches and light poles while shopping or dining.
  • Dogs are not allowed in fountains.

If at any time the Management of Center determines that the behavior of a dog is causing disturbance to others, the owner will be asked to remove his or her dog from the premises.

The Shops at Perry Crossing reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue the dog friendly program at any time.
