Code of Conduct

The Shops at Perry Crossing, along with its parking lots and roadways, is private property. The following Code of Conduct is set forth for the purpose of protecting the Center’s legitimate business interests and any violation of the Code interferes with the commercial nature and function of the Center. To enhance the shopping and dining experience for our customers, engaging in any of the following activities is prohibited while on this property: 

  • Running, skating, skateboarding, bicycling, obstructing, or interfering with the free flow of pedestrian traffic or with patrons’ view of windows and Tenant displays or assembling for the purpose of disturbing the peace or committing any unlawful act.
  • Use of bicycles, skateboards, hover boards, scooters (excluding any handicap mobility) is not permitted in common areas or sidewalks.
  • Any illegal activity, defacing, damaging, or destroying real or personal property constituting part of or located in or on the Center and belonging to the Center, its patrons, or its Tenants, including writing, spraying, scratching or otherwise affixing graffiti on such property.
  • Yelling, screaming, singing, playing of musical instruments, radios or loudspeakers, or otherwise communicating in a manner which creates noise of sufficient volume to impinge on the hearing or peace of patrons of the Center.
  • Soliciting, sampling, leafleting, petitioning, and picketing are prohibited without prior written permission of the Management of the Center.
  • Creating litter by throwing, discarding, or depositing any paper, glass, or other matter of any kind on the property, except in designated trash receptacles.
  • Loitering, delaying, lingering, or remaining idle about the property without any useful business for being present.
  • Soliciting money or other contributions or donations or distributing commercial advertising or promotional material of any kind, or offering samples of items which are sold, available for sale, or available in exchange for a donation or contribution, except with the prior written permission of the center management.
  • No weapons or other items which may be used to harm any person may be brought into the center – including without limitation, guns, knives, swords, laser pointers and the like. Law enforcement authorities will be contacted if a violation is brought to the attention of center management.
  • Physically or verbally threatening any person, fighting, horseplay, annoying others or in any way creating a disturbance which interferes, disrupts, or endangers the Center’s patrons or its commercial function.
  • Overnight parking, parking in non-designated parking areas, parking in fire lanes or other no parking areas. Parking violators may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
  • Entering areas that are restricted such as loading docks, freight elevators, service corridors, roof, and areas of construction.
  • Professional photography or recordings of any kind without prior approval of center management.
  • Violations of any local, state, or federal law.
  • Failing to be fully clothed or wearing Items with obscene, suggestive, or offensive messages are not permitted. Clothing or items that obscure the face are not permitted except for religious or medical reasons

 

Persons in violation of the above will be asked to leave and stay away for a specified period of time. If you fail or refuse to leave the property, you may be arrested and prosecuted for Criminal Trespass.  You may also be subject to prosecution for violation of applicable laws or ordinances.

 

 

Canine Code of Conduct

The Shops at Perry Crossing is a dog-friendly Shopping Center. Customers may bring their leashed, well-behaved dogs throughout the common areas.  Service animals are permitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Some stores allow leashed pets to shop inside stores with you. Look for the “we are dog friendly” sticker on entry doors. Restuarant patios are also dog friendly for guests dining on property.

RULES FOR OWNERS AND DOGS

  • All dogs must be leashed OR contained inside carriers at all times.
  • Leashes must be no longer than six feet including retractable leashes.
  • Dogs must be under their owner’s control at all times.
  • Owners, by law, are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and for cleaning up after their dogs.
  • Dogs must have current vaccinations and licenses.
  • At no time is an owner permitted to leave his or her dog unattended. This includes, but is not limited to, leaving dogs in cars and tethering dogs to Center amenities such as benches and light poles while shopping or dining.
  • Dogs are not allowed in fountains.

If at any time the Management of Center determines that the behavior of a dog is causing disturbance to others, the owner will be asked to remove his or her dog from the premises.

The Shops at Perry Crossing reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue the dog friendly program at any time.

 

 

Pop-Jet Fountain – Rules & Regulations 

In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons, Center Management has established Rules & Regulations for the Pop-Jet Fountain area(s).

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Proper footwear and attire must be worn at all times. Bare feet and nudity are strictly prohibited.
  • Disposable and cloth diapers are not permitted. Please use diapers designed for pool use.
  • No drinking Pop-Jet Fountain water.
  • No running, pushing or excessive splashing.
  • No objects or toys are permitted in the Fountain.
  • No dogs in the Fountain area.
  • No glass objects or containers are allowed in the Fountain area.
  • No smoking in the Fountain area or inside the Gazebo.

If the Rules & Regulations are not followed as directed by Center Management, the Pop-Jet Fountain will be shut off for an undisclosed amount of time and offenders will be asked to leave property.

Center Management reserves the right to turn the Fountain on or off at its discretion without notice. Inappropriate footwear and behavior by participants, operations and mechanical difficulties, weather-related conditions, and special events can affect Fountain operations.

Center Management reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations at any time.

These pictures and video may be used in promotional material or shared on our social media platforms.

If you appear in any pictures or on video and you prefer not to be featured, let us know and they will be removed at your request.
